Blue Ridge (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

J.T. lives by himself in a rural trailer park, among used tires and decaying trailers, and he is paranoid and unpredictable. Sara has lost the last of her family and has no one left, and she falls for him. Together they begin planning a new life at the beach, running an old ride from an amusement park. Mr. Johnston, the landlord, wants something else. He means to keep J.T. tied to the park and under his control, and he hopes J.T. will join him in his way of life. J.T. fears change and the world beyond the park, while Sara holds onto the hope that the two of them can move forward and make the plan real.
