Plot summary
Evan Cole works with abused and troubled teenagers at a high school. His wife, Lauren, has just given birth to a son, Andrew, and his mother, Marie, visits the hospital to see the baby, where a nurse is rude to Marie. A student tells Evan his father beat him, and Evan later spots the man being thrown out of a bar and offers to drive him home. The man is squatting in an abandoned mansion, and there Evan ties him to a chair and kills him. Other students describe abuse to him, and Evan seeks out the adults responsible, one after another.
