The Hunters (2011) on Netflix

Plot summary

Le Saint is an Iraq war veteran newly hired by a small town's police department, where people have gone missing without explanation for two years. He wants to look into those cases, but his hot-tempered chief puts him on the escort of a witness who has turned state's evidence. Against orders, Le Saint moves the meeting to Fort Goben, a disused fort in the woods. College student Alice and a friend, near the end of the school year, slip inside to explore a place that was off limits to them growing up. The fort is also where men hunt humans, with vagrants, tourists and anyone who lingers as prey.
