Plot summary
The Toa Metru sealed the Makuta away in protodermis and left Metru Nui to seek a new home for the sleeping Matoran, swearing to return for those left behind. Vakama, Nokama, Matau, Onewa, Whenua and Nuju come back to find the city in ruins, held by the Visorak horde under Sidorak and Roodaka. Visorak capture the Toa and bring them to the Coliseum, where Roodaka has venom infused into them, turning them into beast-like Hordika. Sidorak orders them killed, but six flying beings called Rahaga, led by Norik, catch them as they fall. Norik warns that the venom will leave them Hordika permanently unless it is neutralized, and that a reclusive Rahi named Keetongu, widely thought to be mythical, is the only cure.
