Plot summary
Eddie writes for the newspaper at his prep school until Gavin Reilly, its editor, removes him from the staff. Eddie then puts out an underground paper of his own with Rob Becker, Ming Na and Schneeman, so the school's misfits, outcasts and nerds have somewhere to be heard. Evie Wallace signs on with the paper because she dislikes Gavin. The first issue causes a stir around the school. Principal Roy and Gavin respond by offering Eddie a section of the main paper, provided he softens what he prints. Eddie will not censor his articles, even when he is threatened with suspension.
