Plot summary
Peter and Crusty are the two killers from the earlier August Underground films, and the camera they carry records what they do. Peter kills a man who has slipped out of the restraints holding him. The pair visit various places in town and watch fireworks at a celebration. In Peter's basement, a semiconscious man has had nails hammered into different parts of his body. Peter and Crusty then hike, attack a vagrant asleep beneath a bridge, and cut a man open. At a party, Peter takes drugs and Crusty flirts with women, and a pet alligator is given a live rat to eat. The footage here is high definition, not the degraded video look of the two films before it.
