Attack of the Killer Donuts (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Johnny Wentworth collects his tablet from his Uncle Luther and heads to his job at Dandy Donuts, where he works alongside his childhood friend Michelle Kester. Luther is a scientist who has created a serum that reanimates the dead without intending to. He arrives at the shop for the tablet, and his scuffle with Cliff Burbank, the shop's owner, sends a vial from his pocket into the fryer fat. Every donut cooked in the fryer is contaminated, and the donuts themselves come alive, poisonous to anyone who eats them. Johnny, Michelle and their friend Howard set out to protect the town from what comes out of the fryer.
