Plot summary
Two years after the nuclear bombs fell, there is no fuel and no power, and society has become a barbaric mess. Kate, her husband Sam and their daughter Suzi are searching for a bunker that is rumored to hold food and medicine. On the road they meet Joe, who travels alone.
