  • Ninety minutes of Attarintiki Daredi leaked online on the night of 22 September 2013, before its release. Producer B. V. S. N. Prasad filed a copyright complaint, and the film's release was pushed to 27 September 2013.
  • After the leak, Pawan Kalyan and director Trivikram Srinivas gave back a significant part of their pay and Samantha her entire salary, to help producer B. V. S. N. Prasad through the financial crisis the leak caused.
  • Even though half the film had leaked before release, Attarintiki Daredi became the highest-grossing Telugu-language film, passing Magadheera (2009), with earnings of over ₹131 crore and a distributor's share of ₹74.88 crore.
  • Nadhiya's attempts at Telugu dialogue made director Trivikram Srinivas laugh so much on set that she told Pawan Kalyan she could not do the scene with Srinivas there; Kalyan sent him away and directed the scene himself.
  • Pawan Kalyan's introduction scene in Attarintiki Daredi was shot in Switzerland at a cost of around ₹2 crore, while the action sequence was filmed on an island in Spain using helicopters under Peter Hein's supervision.
  • Mumtaj returned to Telugu cinema after 12 years with a special appearance in the song "It's Time To Party", a part anchor Anasuya had refused; Hamsa Nandini also made a special appearance in the number.
  • A few sequences of Attarintiki Daredi were shot using a Milo robotic camera that producer B. V. S. N. Prasad had brought in from Mumbai because none was available in Hyderabad.
