Plot summary
Three men in Chennai lead lives that seem to have nothing to do with one another. Dr. Indran is a celebrated clinical psychiatrist who was shot by a violent patient. He survives but loses his voice and his professional license. Selvam, who is blind, works as a clerk in a public library and struggles to keep up the house his father, an occultist, left him. Needing money for a kidney operation, he takes a job performing a cleansing ritual in a haunted building. Vinod, a cricket coach, carries guilt over Pradeep, his best friend, who fell ill after Vinod gave him a book on the occult. Calls come through Vinod's new landline, and his girlfriend Manasi tells him to see a psychiatrist.
