Plot summary
An artist has a date with a woman he finds beautiful, and she does not come. He sets about accounting for the bad feeling it leaves behind, asking what the content of a momentary feeling is, whether it is the sum of a person's experiences, and whether those experiences are what a person amounts to. He builds a film out of those questions and shows it to her.
