Plot summary
Their marriage has taken a bad turn, so Jackie and Danny Defiore spend the holiday week with a couples counselor instead of at the dinner table. Frank Domonico, an Amityville doctor, takes them on and recommends an isolated cabin retreat, which he says will hold their family together. Away from everyone, the couple works through his unorthodox approach, and it pushes them further than either of them expects.
