Plot summary
Mandy Lane is an orphan raised by her aunt in Texas, and by the time school starts again the boys in her class have noticed her. Dylan asks her to a party at his pool, and she agrees to go only if her best friend Emmet is allowed along. Dylan humiliates Emmet there, and Mandy steps in. Nine months on, Mandy has become part of Dylan's popular circle, while Emmet endures harsher bullying. Red arranges a weekend at his family's isolated ranch, and Chloe, a cheerleader, persuades Mandy to join the trip with Bird, Jake and Marlin. At the ranch, Garth, who looks after the property, asks them to go easy on the drink and drugs.
