Plot summary
Childhood friends Clif and Derek launch a travel web series and film their journey around the world. Derek makes the trip his last wish: he has an AVM, a condition in his brain that could kill him at any moment. In Barcelona they visit old friends Edo and Zach, and Derek meets a woman named Audrey. That night the others burst into his hotel room as a prank and find him bleeding and barely conscious, with Audrey gone. Clif and Derek move on to Italy. There Derek sleeps through a full day, projectile vomits a restaurant meal, and burns when sunlight reaches him, though he says nothing is wrong. Unable to eat, he agrees to go to a hospital.
