AE: Apocalypse Earth (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Earth's cities come under attack from alien forces, and the arks loading civilians for other worlds begin lifting off. Lieutenant Frank Baum, a military officer overseeing the boarding, is shoved into one of the ships with the last evacuees and, unable to return to his post, submits to cryo storage. The ship breaks apart on descent and crash lands, killing many aboard. Survivors are hunted by near-invisible humanoids they call chameleons. Frank gathers a small group, among them humans who came down two years earlier from the Alpha Centauri-bound ark. A camouflage-skinned native woman named Lea aids them, and the group pursues a leftover spaceship that could carry them off the planet.
