Plot summary
Adele's television special pairs a concert with a conversation. At the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, she opens with "Hello" and moves through songs from her earlier albums together with tracks from 30, among them "Easy on Me", "I Drink Wine", "Hold On" and "Love Is a Game". The camera cuts to invited guests in the crowd, and Adele talks with them between numbers, once quieting the room so a man can propose to his blindfolded partner. A second part places her in a garden in Montecito, where Oprah Winfrey asks about her upbringing, her father, her marriage, her weight loss and her relationship with Rich Paul.
