Plot summary
Most of the guests for Bill Murray's live Christmas special have canceled because of a massive snowstorm in New York City. He waits in his suite at the Carlyle Hotel on Christmas Eve. Liz and Bev, his producers, push him to go on anyway, since canceling would cost him financially. A talent agent named Jackie wants to represent him, though Bill has long worked without a manager or an agent.
