Plot summary

In Royal Woods, the Loud household is getting ready for Christmas, and Lincoln Loud wants everyone in the house for the day. At breakfast the plans he hears point elsewhere: Lori is staying at Fairway University, Luna is going skiing with Sam, Luan is booked to perform at the Sunset Canyon Retirement Home, and his parents mean to take the rest of the family to Miami Beach. The toboggan Lincoln ordered for Tall Timbers Hill arrives broken. He and his friend Clyde McBride work to undo each plan: they try to make Lori miss home, let Luna believe that Mick Swagger wants to play with her, put together a Sharkodile from the props kept by Clyde's parents, and dress as old people at Sunset Canyon to prank the residents until Pop-Pop calls off Luan's performance.
