Plot summary
Three years after a car crash that killed her boyfriend Jamie, Jenna accepts her best friend Renee's invitation to a weekend at a lakeside cabin. Renee's boyfriend Michael and his friend Ian join them, and the cabin's owner, Wade, greets the group with his dog Beau. The friends plan to attend a festival party in the nearby town, and Jenna skips her pills so she can enjoy the evening. Before they go, they try out the sauna Wade built. Michael, high on marijuana Wade gave him, stays behind after Renee refuses his advances, while the others return inside. Renee moves to leave, and the door will not open for her.
