2019: After the Fall of New York (1983) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 1999 a war between the Eurac Monarchy and the Pan-American Confederacy ends in nuclear holocaust, and the survivors are left sterile. Twenty years later the Euracs occupy Manhattan and hunt the people still living there for genetic experiments. Parsifal, a former Confederate soldier, wins a motorized deathmatch in Nevada. He is seized and brought to the Confederacy's hidden base in Alaska, where the President tells him a fertile woman is somewhere in New York City. The President offers him a place aboard a rocketship bound for Alpha Centauri if he brings her out, and death if he refuses. Parsifal proposes sending a cyborg instead, but the Confederacy no longer has any. Two agents, Bronx and Ratchet, go with him. They enter Manhattan through the sewers, where a street gang called the Harlem Hunters attacks them.
