Yell for the Blue Sky (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Tsubasa Ono has little confidence in herself, and she enters Shirato High School in Sapporo to play the trumpet, an instrument she admired at a baseball championship as a child. Daisuke Yamada, a catcher, enrolls for the baseball club, and each promises to support the other. In their first year, Tsubasa befriends Himari Wakita, who warns her about the brass band's demanding commitments, and Yasushi Kido, who joins the baseball club. Tsubasa has never played a trumpet, and the band's relentless practice overwhelms her while a talented freshman, Aki Mizushima, belittles her shyness. With Daisuke's encouragement and the help of her upperclassman Yuka Mori, she holds on.
