Plot summary
Richard's Tiger Mafia controls the drug trade in Kampala, and the Uganda People's Defence Force sends its decorated officer Captain Alex to capture him. Alex and his soldiers set up camp in the village of Wakaliga. The soldiers go to a bar, where a brawl breaks out with the villagers, and Alex steps in to end it and leads his men outside. Alex and his soldiers find the Tiger Mafia in the middle of a drug deal and move in on it, and in the clash that follows, Richard's brother is taken captive. Richard berates his men and orders them to bring Alex to him.

- The film was reported as being made for a budget of under $200, but producer Alan Hofmanis later stated the production value was in fact $85.
- Squibs for the film's gunshot wounds were condoms filled with red food coloring, tied to fishing lines and taped to the actors' chests; Nabwana stopped using cow blood after one of his actors developed brucellosis.
- The original cut of the film was lost to power outages and what Nabwana called "strained conditions"; the version released online instead carries commentary from the first English-speaking Video Joker, with running gags about the characters.
- The original version was made for local Kampala distribution with Luganda dialogue; after its Luganda trailer went viral on YouTube, Nabwana reworked the video joker tradition for Western viewers and hired VJ Emmie to add English commentary.
- The film's helicopter scenes were based on Nabwana's own experience during the Ugandan Bush War, when he and his brother were chased by a helicopter.
- Props were all made in-house and camera equipment was fabricated from scrap metal at a machine shop next to Nabwana's house; the actors supplied their own costumes, and one wore a mask so he could play two different roles in a single scene.
