Plot summary
An alien mothership descends on a town and turns the townspeople into Altered beings. Three campers who witness the invasion are stranded in a distant forest, with the Altered hunting them through the trees. A reclusive stranger offers to lead them to safety, and the three follow him deeper into the woods, trying to survive and stay out of sight. The Altered horde combs the forest for them, set on finding and assimilating them.
