Plot summary
A demon stalks three children who live on the same block. It appears as a talking black, red-eyed dog named Labby. Labby takes the children on a hellish ride through dimensions and time periods. On his way to school, Tommy meets Labby, who says the unborn brother his mother is carrying is the Antichrist. Labby tells him he must kill the baby. Labby also warns that his mother's breast milk will become tainted after the second child is born.

- For the segment The Masks That The Monsters Wear, James "Jimmy ScreamerClauz" Creamer used motion capture with an Xbox 360 Kinect, then named the finished anthology Where the Dead Go to Die.
- Creamer credited his daily marijuana use and past psilocybin mushroom and LSD experiences for the film's visuals, and also drew on alien conspiracy theories, religious scare films and a dream about the devil caused by a melatonin overdose.
- After a year spent on the second segment, Creamer sent the footage to film festivals and every one rejected it except the Dark Carnival Film Festival; Unearthed Films founder Stephen Biro then asked for more, prompting a third segment about abused children.
- The segment Tainted Milk was first written as a black comedy parody of Lassie and began life as a short comic book, The Night Labby Came Home, about Tommy and other children who fall into a well where a lady tells them to do bad acts.
- Creamer had no formal animation training, learning instead with the 3D program Maya and YouTube tutorials; his first film, Reality Bleed-Through, which he found frustrating to make, heavily influenced the segment Tainted Milk.
