Plot summary
Nick Randall is a former CIA operative in the Middle East who now works as a bounty hunter in Los Angeles. He tracks down wanted men for the reward money and sets the money aside to repair a vessel. His plan is to retire and travel with his girlfriend, Terry, and Detective Danny Quintz is his best friend. After a bomb at a movie theater kills more than 140 people, Randall is asked to find the terrorist Malak Al Rahim. Al Rahim is hunting Randall as well.
