Plot summary
The tapes are linked by a frame story at the Octagon Company in 1982, where Dr. Rothschild watches test subjects sample Diet Phantasma, a soda made with poltergeist extract. High school students Lacie and Kaleigh head out trick-or-treating one last time and are warned that The Mommy will get them. In Madrid, police question Enric, the only survivor of a Halloween party at an abandoned mansion where the other guests were killed. Four friends leave an adult Halloween party without candy and find a bowl of oddly named candy bars marked one per person. In 1992, video store owner Tim Kaplan films Kidprint videos to help find missing children. Keith stages a haunted house in his home every year with Nancy and their son Zack, who has stopped wanting to join in, and takes a record called Halloween Horrors.
