Plot summary
Raphael, Gardo and Rat are street teenagers in Rio de Janeiro who spend their time picking through garbage in the hope of finding something useful. A wallet turns up in the waste, and what it holds puts the three of them at odds with the brutal police force. In a city rife with corruption the boys become unlikely whistleblowers, on the run from the police and hoping to set right a terrible wrong.
