Timecop: The Berlin Decision (2003) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 2025, time travel technology has matured, and the Time Enforcement Commission watches over its use, keeping the past intact. The Society for Historical Authenticity was set up beside it to keep TEC's own officers from altering history. Its head, Brandon Miller, holds that the past's wrongs demand correcting, and he plans to travel back to 1940 Berlin and kill Adolf Hitler. TEC dispatches its agent Ryan Chan to intercept him. In the fight between the two men, Miller's wife Sasha, a member of the Society, is killed. Miller is locked in the World Penitentiary over his attempt to alter history, and Ryan begins rounding up the Society members closest to him.
