Plot summary
Three couples in south London are working out what to do about their love lives. Anna is raising a child on her own, and Stephen works in care. The two are strangers until they meet by chance at a London train station, where an elderly man is waiting for his wife. That encounter pushes both of them to look at the relationships they are in and to ask what they want from them. Each of them faces a decision about the life they are living.
