Plot summary
Satoru, a young man, has a cat named Nana, and circumstances have made it impossible for him to keep the animal. He sets out with Nana to look for someone willing to take the cat in. The search carries the pair back through Satoru's earlier life, and the people they visit include a childhood friend and the first love he once knew.
