Trailer

Plot summary

Reinier makes money however he can, selling himself in the streets of a Havana slum and gambling, and the luck he keeps looking for never comes. What he earns is never enough for his baby, his teenage wife and her grandmother. Soccer, on an island long ruled by baseball, looks like the only way out. Yosvani, a handsome mate from the neighborhood soccer field, has an older, wealthy girlfriend who pays for his life in the big city, and he works for her father, a loan thug who beats debtors. Reinier cannot help being drawn to him, and Yosvani is infatuated with Reinier in return.
