Plot summary
Michael and Jenna have been together three years and plan to marry and start a family. Jenna is ten weeks pregnant and her parents press them to marry, but Michael has second thoughts. At a friend's wedding he meets Kim, a college co-ed who senses he may be about to leave Jenna and flirts with him. He seeks her out at the Memorial Union and tells her a client meeting brought him there. Kim invites him to a party, and Michael invents an excuse to be away from Jenna that night, asking his co-worker Chris to cover for him. Michael's friends have troubles of their own: Izzy will not let go of Arianna, Kenny fears committing to Danielle, and Chris is dominated by his wife. Jenna's parents, Stephen and Anna, have problems in their long marriage.
