Plot summary
Rizzo is a police inspector in Naples, and the city calls him Flatfoot. His work is crime and corruption in the slums, and the case that comes his way is a gang from Marseille that runs drugs into Naples and hides its shipments inside frozen fish. For help against the traffickers, Rizzo turns to Antonino Percuoco, known as Manomozza, a boss of the Neapolitan underworld whose nickname refers to a hand that was snipped.
