Plot summary
An early release from prison came with a condition for Pete Koslow: he informs for the FBI in New York, planted inside a Polish crime organization. He is close to giving his handler, Special Agent Wilcox, what she needs to indict its boss, Klimek the General. Wearing a wire, he moves fentanyl through the Polish consulate for the General, but his cohort Staszek diverts the load to a buyer. Koslow realizes the buyer is an undercover police officer, and when the officer tries to apprehend him, Staszek kills him. The handlers listening over the wire abandon him, and the General requires him to return to prison to run the drug trade from inside. NYPD Detective Grens investigates the officer's murder.
