The House by the Sea (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Angèle Barberini, an actress of sixty, comes back to her father's villa on a small bay near Marseille, the home she left twenty years earlier and swore never to see again. Maurice, her father, lies unresponsive after a stroke, and her presence is needed. Her brothers Joseph, a retired worker, and Armand, who runs the local restaurant, are waiting for her. The three must decide what becomes of the villa and of the restaurant, and what to make of the community spirit their father created in that place. Then a group of boat people reaches a cove nearby, and the family's reflections are thrown off course.
