Plot summary

Xu Ruining is a prominent psychiatrist whose career is rising, and he treats patients with hypnotherapy. His mentor, Professor Fang, recommends a patient named Ren Xiaoyan, who claims she can see ghosts. A colleague of Xu's who once treated her tells him that there is something disturbing about her, but Xu agrees to see her. The session is not easy: Ren, though feeble-looking, is against him at every point.
