Plot summary
Fang Hui is single and beautiful, and she works alone in a big city, where she lives by herself. Traces that a stranger has been inside her home leave her uneasy. One night she hears someone outside her door, pulling at it violently as though trying to force a way in. A guard sees that the monitors on her floor are broken and tells her. When night comes again, Fang Hui sleeps and is vaguely aware that someone has entered her room, but when she wakes, she finds no signs that anyone was in the room.
