Plot summary
Two years after the Jack the Ripper murders, the London district of Whitechapel is the scene of a new series of strange deaths. Three monks are found dead, and the local belief is that a vampire brought home from a mission in Guyana is responsible. Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson take the case. Watson believes that a vampire may be at work, while Holmes stays skeptical, and the two of them argue about the supernatural as they investigate.
