Tell Me Who I Am (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 1982, an eighteen-year-old named Alex Lewis loses his memory in a motorcycle accident. When he emerges from a coma, the only person he recognizes is his identical twin, Marcus, and not himself. With no memories at all, Alex relies on his brother as he relearns how to live, at first asking basic questions about nearly everything and learning again how to ride a bike. As he matures, he begins to ask about the childhood he cannot remember. Marcus gives him a picture of a happy and wealthy family with good connections, and keeps part of their past to himself. Their story comes from the twins' own written account of their lives.
