Plot summary
Tom Campbell left his home town after his childhood sweetheart broke his heart and joined the military. Years later he comes back with the news that his grandmother is in failing health and that her business is in trouble. Cupid's, the bed and breakfast, is a town treasure with a name for guiding its guests to love. Chelsea, the mayor and Tom's former sweetheart, sees the bad news as a chance to have the property sold so a mall can go up in its place. Tom feels the pressure to save the landmark, but his own history makes it hard for him to defend a symbol of love. Nancy, a police officer new to town, shares his skepticism about romance.
