Plot summary
The United States sends more of its people to prison than any other country. Reggie Cole and Bruce Lisker, both wrongly convicted, carry much of the documentary's account of the system. Topics include plea bargains, solitary confinement and what happens to people after they leave prison. Interviews with former prisoners, officers of the court and reporters fill out the picture, alongside famous faces, some of whom served time themselves. Nearly $29,000 came from an Indiegogo campaign, and the ACLU and the Innocence Project took part in the production.
