Plot summary
Ray Harris, a medical student, is found dead after a woman who seduces him transforms into a man with a huge phallus and attacks him. The police find that the fatal injury was caused by a fifteen-inch organ and question his friends Meg, Joe, Annie, Sebastian, and Justin, but release them. In a flashback, the group is seen taking Taldon, an experimental drug, and reading files on John and Wilma Hopper, a married couple who committed sadistic sexual murders and were studied at the school when it was a mental hospital. The students think the Hoppers, long believed dead, have come back through astral projection to kill them.
