Plot summary

Sevastyan Solovyev spends his days as a clerk until a pull he traces to his ancestors sends him down the road of Russian robbery. He takes the name Solovey-Razboynik and becomes the leader of a gang ready to rise up. A secret agent known as H7 joins the hunt for that gang, alongside the police and the intelligence services. In his home region Solovyev restores fairness in his own way, and his mischief wins over ordinary voters. To them he is no longer a bandit but an ideal hero, a fearless fighter, and they make up rhyming songs about him.
