High Security Vacation (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

Viktor Sumarokov, known as Sumrak, has spent years in prison and holds authority among the other inmates; he has been locked up since he was sixteen. Evgeni Koltsov, a former Interior Ministry officer who fought in Chechnya, accidentally injures a corrupt colleague and ends up in the same prison. Its chief, Nikolai Vyshkin, asks Sumrak to shield Koltsov from other inmates. A brawl leaves both men wounded and they are taken to a hospital, where Koltsov asks Sergey Gagarin, a special forces commander, for help getting out. Gagarin hides the fugitives at a pioneer camp called Shipboy, short of male counselors, where they call themselves Viktor Sergeevich Romashkin and Evgeny Dmitrievich Ubegaev. The campers mock them, and the squads compete for a trip to St. Petersburg.
