Skinned Alive (1990) on Netflix

Plot summary

Tom Miles and his wife take in a family whose van has broken down in their small Ohio town, offering them a place for the weekend. The visitors are Crawldaddy and her two kids, who drive the country selling fine leather apparel. The family kills people and skins them alive, and the leather goods come from those victims. Their neighbor Paul Hickox is a disturbed former cop and a drunk whose personal life is spiraling out of control. Crawldaddy's children squabble with her and with each other, trading insults, and the family keeps hunting for victims while they stay.
