Plot summary
Fulvio Canfora works in human resources in the city until an altercation costs him his job. He goes back to his small town in Campania, where his sister Adele and his brother Don Germano, the local priest, keep an eye on him. The town is in trouble: the Lower Citadel brings in no tourism, and its amenities are as old as the people who live there. In the chapel Fulvio notices a loose ceiling panel that pours water onto the face of a statue of St. Thomas. Drawing on his management background, he reads up on miracles and starts to make plans.
