Plot summary
Six weeks before, Dina Van Cleve is a popular field hockey player who is voted Homecoming Queen. The night ends badly when she changes her mind about sleeping with her boyfriend Mark Carey; he leaves angry and goes to an after party, where he hooks up with Dina's rival, Skylar Reid. The next morning Dina sends Mark nude pictures of herself. At school she finds the pictures have circulated, and the girls' bathroom wall is covered in cruel comments about her. She demands that Mark say who he sent them to, and he insists he did not. In the present, Rachel Van Cleve finds her daughter's video diary and starts asking Dina's friends and the school what they know.
