Plot summary
Sector 7 is an underwater oil field south of Jeju Island, and the prospecting ship Eclipse has drilled it through one failed attempt after another. Cha Hae-joon works aboard as the marine equipment manager. Lee Jeong-man, once a colleague of her father, joins the ship as captain. He is meant to withdraw the Eclipse, but he asks the crew for one more drilling run at the untapped wells. A researcher on board keeps a newly discovered life-form, a creature whose body fluids burn far longer than oil. When the specimen gets loose, the crew is left to fight it with a few guns.
