Woochi (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

In the Joseon era, goblins seized the Flute of the prophecy and brought disorder. The Taoist wizards turned to the greatest ascetics of the age, the Master and Hwa-dam, to defeat the goblins, and gave each of them half of the Flute. The Master's student, Jeon Woo-chi, used the art of transformation to trick the king and created a fiasco. When the wizards and Hwa-dam came to the Master, they found him dead and his half of the Flute gone. Woo-chi was blamed, and he and his dog Chorangyi were sealed inside a scroll by the wizards. In Seoul, goblins sealed away begin to appear and wreak havoc, and the three wizards, long retired, free Woo-chi in return for catching them. He meets Seo In-kyung, whose face is that of the woman who captivated him centuries earlier.
