Plot summary
Werner Schmidt works at a hardware store and is shy, organized and single, with a strong enthusiasm for electronics. After his mother dies he decides to start looking for a partner, but his dates do not go well: he comes across as a bore and has no luck in love. Setting things on fire at night is how he works off his stress, and luxury cars are his favorite targets, which he blows up with bombs he builds himself and a remote-controlled car. One evening a beautiful stranger crosses his path.
